Purchased an old house in Toronto and experienced several leaks in various places over the course of a year. Throughout the entire process George provided us with photographs and detailed explanations of the issues with our roof and causes of the leaks. He also gave frequent updates regarding the progress of the work (which took two days total) and ensured that he had our approval before proceeding with any additional items. After the work was completed our property was left perfectly tidy, and we have yet to encounter any leaks since. Had a significant leak in the basement that was causing a large amount of work and stress every time it rained. Royal Work Corp. sent out a technician to assess the issue and provided a very reasonable estimate. The work was completed in a single day and the crew was very respectful of my house and belongings. They laid down drop sheets to protect my floors and cleaned up everything when they left. They even helped me to complete all of the paper work to claim a rebate for my sump pump installation from the city. To date, my basement has been completely dry and I have great peace of mind. Given this experience, I intend to call them again in the spring for some additional work that I would like to have done.
