I called SWAT because a raccoon had detached a vent on my roof and entered my attic from there. When I called the company Saturday evening, my call was picked up immediately (did not go to voice mail as with other companies I had tried) and I was responded to by a courteous and informative customer service representative. Unfortunately, there were no appointments available until Monday noon. The technician actually arrived a bit before noon which was most welcome! After inspections were done, (inside and outside) a one way trap door was installed. It will be removed within a week and the roof repaired to original. I also had the company install “raccoon-proof” mesh covers on all the remaining vents to avoid future “trespassers”. Again, I was treated courteously and all my questions were patiently answered.
