I had purchased new windows & patio door for my house and had FM Windows install them in 2006. They made such a difference - not only in appearance, but savings in heatng costs. I recently had trouble with the lock on my patio doors & called them to estimate a cost for parts & service. The Regional Mgr., Bob Tessier arrived 2 days after my call on my lunch break from work. He found the problem and since he suprisingly had a spare part in his car, he fixed it on the spot - free of charge!!!! I am so thankful & impressed for the generous & fantastic service I received.
