I emailed in the evening for an oven repair, and I had a response the next morning. We arranged a mutually agreeable day for the repair, and Sam showed up as promised. He was careful to wear covers on his safety shoes to protect our flooring. His work area was neat, and he made sure everything was as clean as he found it when he finished. Sam took the time to explain what the issue was, what was involved in the repair, and gave me an estimate before starting any work. The job was rather involved, and the stove had to be pretty much disassembled to get at the faulty part. When it was all done, the oven worked properly and the bill was exactly as quoted. I was very pleased with the quality of service as well as the customer relations. Job well done, and I am happy to recommend them to my friends and to call them again if the need should arise down the road (but I hope to never see them again!! :)
