Have had problems with racoon for several months. She never went away. Finally called SWAT based on reviews. Randy came and checked out house (ex. hiding spots) did a professional inspection. Since there are many entry points in my Bloor West house, decided trapping was best option. Randy set the trap and two days later when we checked, the racoon was there. Called SWAT (voicemail) and within two hours, somebody came by to pick up the trap (apologies to new 'owner'....it is what it is). All in all, great service. Good job SWAT and Randy.
