Andrew came highly recommended from the realtor and I can see why. Thanks to Andrew I was able to avoid purchasing a home that had a very large and expensive to fix mould problem. Used Andrew's services again and on another home that I ended up purchasing after seeing his report. Couldn't be happier with the service and will be using for any future properties.
