The technician was knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly. The only thing that should be changed is their appointment confirmation process. They sent an SMS which was not very clear and had no telephone number and asked to confirm an appointment by calling them although I already talked to them and chose the date. So I had to Google their phone again and call them again for something Ive already done. Just redundant.
