An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We recently had two large bedroom windows replaced in our house by Clera Windows and Doors. The two were original to the house and were well over thirty years old and leaked badly making the room cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Tom Hartley came to the house, gave me a price, which I felt was fair and when I saw the quality of the windows I felt that this was a very good value. Gary the installer did a great job putting in the windows with minimal mess; they used drop clothes and vacuumed up after themselves. The windows are beautiful, very airtight and the room is much warmer than it was in the past. I recommend Clera Windows highly.
