An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tom Hartley came to the house and gave us prices on replacing nine windows in our lakefront home. The old windows were old and drafty and the windows on the lake side were quite problematic. Tom made suggestions on types and styles of windows that were able to catch the breezes off the lake from both directions; in addition Clera were able to supply us with special mirrored security glass in our dining room. The installation went extremely well and the professionalism of the installer with the windows was amazing. The quality of the outside finish was beyond what I expected. Outstanding job Clera I will be calling you back for Phase Two.
