After getting several quotes to replace our windows - we met Chris from Optima Windows and Doors for an estimate. We had decided to go with Optima and the level of service and professionalism we have received from Chris and his team were just extremely pleasant!Within the discussed timeframe, the installer came in to take measurements.The window installation process went very smoothly. They had informed us well ahead of time what we needed to do and what to expect. On the day of installation - they came on time, covered the whole work area to minimize dust. And completed the job within ONE day!Art and his team did a great job of replacing all the windows in our house. Very professional, hard workers, sociable and were obviously interested in making us happy with the results.I highly recommend Optima Windows to anyone!!!
