Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix a broken sensor rather than having to replace it, saving me a bunch of money. I had booked for a duct cleaning as well, but he wasn't able to complete it since the giant vacuum wouldn't fit down our stairs, but was able to book me in for the next business day to have the job completed with a different machine.
