RELIANCE HOME DISCOMFORT I got my proposal on Jan 3rd 2019 bought the furnace Jan.23rd 2019 the Union gas comp. put the gas line in may the Reliance co.put the furnace in in June 24th I was told they would get in touch with Union gas to put meter on no response despite several calls to Reliance. I got in touch with union gas myself in Sept. they had no contact from Reliance Union gas came to put on meter and there was a leak got hold of relinace fixed leak because of all the problems and wait times was promised a $500 check from reliance Sept.18th. enbridge gas showed up last week to put my gas line in as per reliance order. talked to worker and he remembered putting my gas in in may. wow if I hadn't done the leg work my gas would not be hooked up until after October 1st. . nope no check yet they say it must have gotten lost in mail. they called today Oct 7th to offer me a visa card! I said no. when told of the forthcoming check I bought my wife a ticket to Edmonton to see our Granddaughter. the installers who work for Reliance are great. I'm talking about Matt, Randy & Lance. the office and director people don't know if they are coming or going will not recommend you to my friends and neighbours Very upset Nelson Lascelle
