Our 40 year old Stittsville condo had several replacement windows of poor quality along with mostly original wood windows and metal sliders on a sunroom. Eurostar replaced all with European style windows plus a front door. When they arrived form Germany one pane was broken and Eurostar filled it with a temporary pane available in Canada and brought in a new one from Europe. To make matters more complex, the windows were sent from Germany with the openers reversed. Through all this, Eurostar kept us confident that they would finish the work perfectly done, and they did. They planned dates for installation and kept them. We have seldom worked with tradespeople and suppliers who provided such a combination of quality product, solid service and very agreeable customer relations.
