We had windows installed by Clera in June. Service was great right up to the window installation. Approx a month ago we found that there were holes in the brick around one of the windows. We called our sales rep Adam and left a message but got no response. Called him a second time and he advised that someone would be out that week to fix it. A month later no one has shown up. We called again this week and were told by Adam that someone will be out next week but I don't hold out a lot of hope for this. Not happy at all with the after sales service. Holes in the exterior walls of our home could cause serious issues and nothing has been done.
