Flushing toilet upstairs caused overflow in toilet downtairs. Blockage was a distance from the toilet. Technician used air pressure device to clear the blockage. They responded within only a few hours of our call; appreciated since we had no usable toilet. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
