Ordered and they bring you something different. Not only was the order several weeks late, they brought and installed the wrong windows. I ordered 5 white cross-hatched grid windows and they brought 5 clear pane glass windows. They said to uninstall the clear pane windows and install the cross-hatch grid windows that I originally ordered, I'd have to pay an extra $1,000+ or so. In addition, I've been trying to call customer service because two windows need repair and the I've been leaving messages for two weeks and they still have not arranged an appointment to come and fix the windows.

I'm very sorry to hear about your inconvenience.We are reaching out to you once again requesting more information so we can assist you with your problem. As mentioned on our response dated Jan 17th,we don"t have any record of you ordering any windows or having visited us. I am still waiting for you to contact me at the phone number that was provided. Perhaps you have us confused with another company?.We have received some fraudulent negative reviews I hope yours is not one of those.

Updated Jan 17th- Dear Lynn, our office has not received any calls or email from you regarding your issue. If you really have a legit issue, please contact our customer service rep at ext. 240 otherwise we are not able to help you in rectifying your issue. We have been getting some fraudulent negative reviews where we cannot identify the reviewer being Clera customer and we never receive any follow up calls or emails after reviewer post the review, we hope you are not one of them.
