I contacted James by email and he provided me with options for resolving issues with my lake house heating system. James focused on providing the best solution to fit my needs and I appreciate that. James determined that the boiler needed maintenance not replacement. Other contractors focused on selling me a specific brand of equipment and did not consider fixing the boiler. When the work was done, James dropped off the lake house keys at my home in Edmonton. He then offered to fix a filter problem I had just showed him. It was fixed within minutes and without charge.
