We shopped around and saved for 5 years to replace all of the windows on our 1990s house. Our neighbour purchased and recommended GreenFox, so we thought we'd get a quote from them. Roman, our salesman, was wonderful to work with. He was a great communicator, came over multiple times to answer our million questions, and he gave us a great deal compared to most competitors. We appreciated that he wasn't pushy at all, and we didn't feel pressured at any time. He gave us great suggestions and showed us multiple options while making sure we stayed in our budget. The windows arrived from the factory in Ontario sooner than the estimated date. Milan and his team spent 3 days at our house installing the windows. As soon as they arrived, they covered the house in drop cloths to keep the house clean. They worked very hard, were meticulous and tidy. The new windows look fantastic and our house feels new. We live near a busy intersection and the triple pane glass makes a huge difference with noise reduction. We've had the windows for a month and haven't had any issues at all. We're so happy with our windows and would recommend GreenFox to our family and friends.
