My girlfriend and I hired Phil and Randy for our 30 day home inspection and were very satisfied with the service they provided. From the response to my initial email looking for information about home inspections to the actual inspection itself they were amazing. I received prompt responses whenever I contacted to them and they showed up on time and were able to find an availability on short notice. They took the time to help us really understand the different elements and systems of our home and provide the information needed to submit our 30 day warranty claim.
