Dave Marcotte and his team are AMAZING! They have a high level of expertise and are very professional. VERY competitive price and HE WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF! Very trustworthy and honest, which is great when you are dealing with these kinds of costly repairs. We were selling our house in 2018 and wanted to fix our foundation crack, fix our driveway drain and catch basin, get a new garage floor and new driveway. We contacted other companies for quotes and our overall experience with Dave Marcotte’s company was by far the best. Dave Marcotte Foundations gave us a free written estimate for the work that needed to be done. There was a crack between the garage and house foundation. They repaired the crack and installed a waterproof membrane. Our driveway drain seemed blocked, so, they had to dig the side of the foundation 12 feet to the main pipe to see what the problem was. The weeping tiles had collapsed. They installed a new drain and catch basin. Because some of this work could not be determined until they dug and the problem(s) was confirmed, there was an extra charge, which was very fair and reasonable! All possibilities were discussed in great detail prior to any work commencing! If there is any unforeseen work, which is possible, they will not rip you off! They work hard and do quality work in a MINIMAL amount of time. All of Dave’s team are amazing and go above and beyond to make for a great work experience. They leave the place clean. HIGHLY recommend! They are busy though so don’t know what the wait time is? Dave recommended an excellent and reputable paving company to do our new garage floor and driveway. They provided us with a free written estimate. We also got 2 other estimates, which varied greatly in work and price! We went ahead with Dave’s recommendation and were VERY pleased with their work, etc.. Times were coordinated perfectly between the two companies!
