I was looking to have to bedroom window hardware fixed as the windows did not close well, causing drafts and cold air in winter months. Simon came out and organized the repair and also a completed a defogging of our living room bay window. Parts had to be ordered and Caleb completed the repair. I found Simon and Caleb to be very professional, prompt in the response time from the initial query, polite, and very knowledgeable and proficient at their craft.
