Chris is amazing. It is a big word and I don’t use it lightly or without thought. I had a long “Contractor To Do List”. Chris and his staff from Top to Bottom Renovations and Maintenance tackled every job and even a few I did not put on the list. They are courteous and always professional. The work was pristine and made my house look amazing. He looked for alternatives to save me money while always maintaining his high quality of work. His work space was clean at the end of every day to keep me and my family safe. Chris is an honest professional with a lot of integrity. He is just a great down to earth kind of guy who always keeps what is best for his client in mind. I would recommend Chris a hundred times over. I should have mentioned this is the second time I have used Chris and his staff. This is the only contracting company for me! Nothing but gold star performance!!

My dog had been using this area for 8 years. The soil was pretty contaminated and very “smelly”. They even did extra work that was not expected. Raphael was polite, responded quickly to all of my attempts to communicate with him. The price was more than reasonable. He and his partner worked quickly and did not leave any mess behind. I’m asking for a quote for a stone patio in the front now.
