I was a tenant that had only been living in my new house for a couple of weeks when I started feeling headaches in the basement. I did some research and was soon convinced that I needed to have the place inspected for mold. My landlord said he'd only reimburse me if I paid for the inspection and it turned out there was indeed mold. I have an infant daughter and couldn't take the risk to leave it, so I did some research and went with Allmax based on the amount of positive reviews it gets. Long story short, I am one more extremely satisfied customer. Alan, from Allmax, came and did the inspection (which detected mold). He was very knowledgeable, generous with his time and expertise, and especially adept at giving advice on what could have been a delicate tenant/landlord dynamic. My house is now mold free and, as I said to him, although he's a great guy, I hope I never see him again!
