This company will rip you off. We installed engineered hardwood - they cut some boards too short, so the baseboard doesn't cover the end cuts. Some of the boards are curling. Trying to get it fixed is met with unreturned calls, hostility, aggressive and abusive comments on the phone, and hangup calls. They are only friendly until the product is in and down, and if there are any problems, they are complete jerks to deal with. We have gotten nothing but a runaround, and suggestion that we lay new baseboards to hide their shoddy work. Run, don't walk, away from Floors 'R' Us.
