Estimate is detailed and accurate. Construction schedule is not clear. Communication of the field manager is poor. Job site is not clean. Furnitures are not stacked and covered. Too many coffee cups left on site for long period of time. Overall competent to handle single tasks, not complex projects.

As we discussed, we are here to take care of you but please ask that we have clear communication both ways so we can so we can take care of you properly. We only had less than 2 days to resume a project that your contractor delayed us for over 3 weeks prior, so this wasn't enough notice to get our crew back in there immediately as you requested given the last minute notice.
