We looked at many reviews and had several waterproofing companies come out before choosing City Wide to waterproof our basement. WORSE DECISION EVER. The job was delayed about 2 months from promised start date. Finally started last Fall and we are still not done. Weather was part of the reason but the job is not well done and communication with City Wide has been extremely frustrating. Our contact, Casey, who seemed responsive before we signed the contract, became very difficult to reach. We have left multiple text messages, calls often without response. For example, crew was supposed to come out today to 'finish' the job that was started last October (City Wide called last week to confirm this after many calls on our part to try to get job finished) and no one has shown up yet. Responsive from City Wide is they do not know and need to contact Casey. Cannot reach Casey by phone and text message not returned. Work was done poorly, for example, screws are falling off the wall (see pictures). Also due to soil piled onto fence it needed to be replaced (which was done by City Wide). Very disappointed in the experience and we did our homework to try to find the best company but clearly made the wrong choice. If we can get a refund we would and it was an expensive job! Would not recommend City Wide to anyone!
