18 Windows & 2 Siding Glass Doors Replaced in our Maple Ridge home in Maple Ridge

When it came time to replace our original aluminum windows after 31 years in our first house, I was determined to not base my decision on price alone as I had in 1987. After a lot of research into how windows had improved and the numerous option that were now available, I then focused on several reputable window companies that seemed to meet all my criteria. I was drawn to Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations not only for their reputation and experience, but also that they were employee owned and they manufactured their own windows. From the initial consultation with Mark, who took the time required to answer all our questions and explain all our window and glass sliding door options, right through the 4 days we shared our home with our Centra Installation crew of Scott, Trystan, Luca, and David, we experienced employee owners who were very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. Also we were pleasantly surprised that the window and sliding glass door replacement process was far less intrusive than we had prepared ourselves for. As for the quality of the installation and performance of our new windows and sliding glass doors, that occurred 8 months ago, we are extremely pleased with them. Our home now uses less energy to maintain our heating and cooling requirements, as well as we hear less outside noise. There have have been no issues with heavy rain and windy conditions or the cold winter temperatures and more recently, some very warm spring and early summer heat.
