We contacted B&C Posts for a quote for fence repair based on their great reviews here. Our post had rotted out, and both we and the neighbour needed new gates, as well as one new panel. Nelson was very prompt at responding to inquiries and follow up questions. He kept in contact with us over the fall and winter, and then set a date for the spring install. He and his partner arrived promptly on the date arranged, and they completed the job in half a day. Thanks guys!

I have been very happy with the excellent customer service and all the work provided by Affordable Insulation. Jason came to the house to give the initial quote; since we have a back split we have two levels of attic and he wanted to inspect both of them to give a thorough quote and advice. He also inspected our crawl space and gave helpful advice in that area (the crawl space is more of a do-it-yourself job and this company gave us a lot of good information on how to proceed.) Jason also noticed that our bathroom fan was not vented properly to the roof; they did a hose rough in and after the insulation was completed he contacted a roofing company on our behalf in order to get that job rolling for us. During the insulation process Sid & the crew were great, they made sure our pot lights were IC rated and warned us about a halogen fixture that was creating a lot of heat and should be replaced. Overall we were very pleased and have already recommended this company to our neighbours.

This company had been recommended to us as we needed our bathroom fan vented properly to the roof. I was immediately impressed by their first phone call to schedule the work. The pleasant woman on the phone gave me a window of one hour of time when Chuck would be arriving later that week. When the day came, Chuck called to let me know he was on his way and arrived during the scheduled hour timeslot. He went up and reviewed the situation, came back down and told me exactly what he would need to do and the price. He then proceeded to do the work, which didn't take very long. He also put caulking around the furnace pipe which he noticed was missing. We also talked about the general condition of our roof and provided good information. I was impressed and will definitely have them back to quote on future work.

I contacted Sam as our Kenmore dryer was not spinning. It is not a new dryer but we would prefer to fix if cost effective. Sam confirmed it was a broken belt, as well he fixed the broken door switch. The dryer is working better than ever and we are hoping to get hopefully a year or two more out of this appliance. Sam kept me posted and provided polite, timely service.

We had a new pool and water feature installed by Jameson in the spring of 2010. All the neighbours were amazed how quickly things went. We are very happy with the final product, and have been happily swimming for the last 2 summers! We have also used their services to open and close the pool each year. I have been happy with their service department, and take my water for testing every 2 weeks there. This is a local company (owner lives in Oakville) and we have recommended to others as well.
