My machine drum was filling up with water when not in use. I Goolged the problem and it appears hat meant I had to replace a valve. I emailed this problem to Chris and he agreed that was most likely the problem. His first appointment was in a weeks time, but he was able to make it two days later and I texted him the Make Model and Serial Number - he had the part and was at my home fixing it within a few hours. He was able to pull the washing machine out of the closet, without damaging my new wood floors!

We had to move some electrical wires and outlets before removing a wall in our kitchen. I called Reliable and they were out in a matter of days and worked quickly and neatly. I was impressed with the finished job as they had installed a new dimmer switch that I had not even asked for. I would use them again for electrical work and repairs!

A wide selection of Haro wood flooring, it made it difficult to choose. We stayed in a hotel during the installation, as is normal, and when we returned the flooring was installed almost perfectly. We had to call them back twice, but at least they showed up quickly and finished the work - which is a hard quality to find in flooring specialists in Vancouver.

Called them Friday night December 28, they were out the next day and fully prepared. Quick, efficient, and reliable! Excellent Polish service and craftsmanship. Will use them again and highly recommend Andy!! A++

Horribly expensive store with a non-existent and ever changing return policy. The return policy is: Whatever is best for them and the worst for you. Low quality, high price goods and a caveat emptor policy. To make this a truely horrible experience, the manager is as obnoxious as they come!
