Our gas fireplace would not start at the beginning of the season. Ali cleaned our gas fireplace, spray painted the inside and replaced the pilot light all within an hour and the unit seems to be working fine now. The part comes with a 1 year warranty. He seemed very knowledgeable and left our place very clean. Ali advised us to leave the pilot light on in the off season so spiders would not nest in the lines. The part was $375 and the service call and labour was $275 ($734.50 with tax). I was happy with the service but it seems expensive.
