I don't have a large condo, but I wanted it really well cleaned from top to bottom. I was told one person would come for six hours. I thought, "The place isn't that big." But Hector came and worked diligently for a full six hours. He took books off shelves, moved furniture to get behind it and made our kitchen shine. The bathroom was cleaned in every corner, and the floors were spotless. I liked how they wanted to know if there was anything specifically I wanted special attention paid to and called before the appointment to ensure I was expecting Hector. They also followed up at the 4 1/2-hour mark to see how it was going. Squeaky Cleaning proved to be customer-oriented and caring.

I didn't know Andy when I hired him to do the electrical for my kitchen renovations. Of all the contractors I have worked with on these renovations, there have been only two contractors worth hiring again. Andy is one of them. His breadth and depth of knowledge underpin his professional, calm, friendly approach. He told me he likes to help clients get the desired results, and he did that. I hired him for one thing and took the initiative to double-check previous electrical work. I caught an error that would have caused a ceiling fire. One last point - his prices are reasonable. I needed an electrician quickly and thought it was going to be expensive. It wasn't. He is fair in his costs and honest in his billing.

The first time I hired Lazzaro Gas, I didn't know Gabe at all. We needed our furnace fixed and he was great with excellence customer service and with a solid breadth and depth of knowledge. When we needed a new furnace, I called him again. We got the same excellent customer service and appreciated his expert advice. He gave us timelines for delivery and stayed true to them. He doesn't not disappoint. Thanks Gabe.

We hired Father and Sons Flooring to install carpeting in our family room, stairs and landing areas. We had never used their service so it was a leap of faith. There were two things that impressed me: how they do business - they don't have a showroom. They have all their samples with them. They offered a good selection of different quality and price and patiently walked me through the choices. I could see what the carpet would look like right there. Incredibly convenient. 2) their work ethic - they arrived on time, they worked quickly, neatly and cleaned up after they were done. They did it extremely well and were polite and respectfully of our family. We hired again for carpeting in our bedroom. Again excellent service and quality installation.

We hired Lampert Renovations to redo my small condo bathroom. The quality of work was good and their commitment to customer service made the experience pleasant. What we particularly liked was their work ethic. They started on time and ended on time. Their lead worker Eugene was exceptional with attention to detail and flexible as we finalized details. We were happy with the results.
