We heard noise in our attic and right away we knew who to call. We previously had raccoons in our attic with babies and GTA wildlife removal did an excellent job. Troy came by again and noticed mice mazes in our insulation. He quickly set out to bait the house. We are extremely happy with their service and expertise. Highly recommended.

Repair garage door cable and roller
Called the company and Steve dropped by within the day to fix our broken garage door. They worked quickly and efficiently. He also lubricated our other garage door to make it run more smoothly. Price is very reasonable, and an excellent deal for the quality of work delivered. Do not hesitate to hire them.
Our hot water tank broke down and control air was one of the first company to get back to us. They were able to come quickly to assess our situation. We were quite confident we wanted a tankless water heater. Slawomir provided us with all the pros and cons of the tank/tankless water heater. He was suggesting we should go with the hot water tank. I was actually surprised because most of the other vendors were trying to sell us the tankless, though that was what we wanted anyways. But this guy was looking out for his customer and suggested what was best for the client. We had tonnes of questions and Slawomir took his time to address each of them. After much debate, we went with just the regular water tank. Installation was done within a few hours. Everything looks great. No mess was left. Pricing is competitive. We are extremely happy with Control Air and feel confident we made the right decision with the help of Slavomir.
Ambia is a great company to deal with. We got quotes from 7 companies and Ambia's pricing is very competitive plus it had excellent reviews on homestars. We had all our windows in our house replaced brick to brick. Tony was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He replied to emails and phone call quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Eugene and his team was extremely professional. They used loads of spray foam on the windows. The caulking done by Eugene looks smooth and flawless. Whenever there was an issue, Eugene made an effort to satisfy my needs. They finished the job in the stated time frame. Tony came by to ensure all was well and address any issues we might have. Their customer service is far superior to any company we have ever dealt with. Brent is a very professional and highly knowledgeable. I rececieved quotes from 3 vendor and Brent was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. But he is excellent value for the money. He returns your emails and calls promptly and is on time for the appointments He spent over 3 hours inspecting the home, going onto the roof and into the attic. He gave a very honest report of the home. He discovered the roof was rotting and the drier was venting into to walls instead of outside the home. Unfortunately we ended up not purchasing the home. But within a few weeks, we called Brent again to inspect another home. Brent is truly a rare gem. Thank-you.
