Our story… On Friday during our annual maintenance, it was unfortunately determined that our furnace needed to be replaced. Josh was very clear to the cause as well as our options. We chose to replace. He made arrangements for a sales rep appointment for the next day. On Saturday, Kris arrived on time and we proceeded to determine the best solution for our situation. At no time did I feel pressured into a solution with which I was uncomfortable. After deciding the model, Kris arranged for the install on Monday. On Monday the install team arrived and literally rolled out the red carpet. They actually rolled out protective carpet from the front floor to the basement furnace room. They completed the job in 2.5 hours. They took the effort to re-route the intake and outlet pipes to better position them around the furnace as opposed to the original configuration which “stuck out” into the room. Well done team.
