Gavin came to my property as I had concerns regarding a century home and the work required. Gavin was able to find many imperfections that could result in a decrease in price for my acquisition. He was able to identify knob and tube wiring, asbestos and other major deficiencies. Recommended to protect yourself, Hire Gavin!!
