I was charged 3600 to fix a hole in the masonry of my building just above the foundation. Approx size: 10x5". Rats and water had been coming in to the house. Initially, Steven and his crew seemed extremely keen and responsive to do a great job here. He promised not to ask for payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Then everything went south. Both a vent and some downspouts were removed to complete the project. The masonry work was completed by a 3rd individual who did great work. After he finished, Steven asked for full payment despite the fact that the project was not completed. The rest was a mess. The vent was replaced with one that was too small and had gaps all around that water and pests could get in. This was temporarily attached by 2 guys who showed up unexpectedly (and did not even ring my doorbell to let me know they were there). They didn't have the proper masonry drill or screws to attach the vent or downspouts. I had to call repeatedly to have this addressed, and had to duct tape the holes during 2 major rainfalls. The vent was finally replaced but the downspouts were left unattached. The downspouts were never fixed, and on their last visit Steven and his cohort left pieces on the ground which disappeared. They never came back as they had promised to finish reattaching them. I'm so disappointed in this project outcome given the initial impression I had of Steven. Perhaps they took on too many project.

This was a stellar experience from start to finish. Charlie is a gem to work with. He came to measure the 2 windows I had originally requested quotes for automated blind. He was so polite and honest that I asked for additional quotes on 3 more windows. He provided many options available, and we worked together to choose the right fit. The quote was very reasonable for all 5 windows. He came in on time, was professional and courteous during installation, took great care over his work and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Charlie for making this a great experience.

Calling CAS was the best decision. From the moment I spoke with Edgar I found that I was dealing with an experienced, knowledgeable and responsive individual. The repairs were done very quickly while explaining whatvwas needed, how he would fix it, and also hiw I could maintain my appliance in excellent condition.

Sande was very quick to come and help out with the critter in my roof. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the construction of the roof (and some challenges therein), but quick to offer suggestions and solutions. He was obviously concerned about the welfare of the animals as well... and albeit 'pests', was focused on humane removal and treatment. I would highly recommend his services and was extremely pleased.
