Mike’s gutted and renovated our bathroom to luxury standards for a super reasonable cost. They were polished, his guys came in company shirts, problem solved all issues professionally. They removed the several inches of old sub flooring, I don’t recall asking them to, I feel sorry that their guys worked so damn hard, but the end result looks like a masterpiece up close. Attention to detail is remarkable. When you text them to discuss, the response is immediate. This is by far the best contractor I have hired, and as a landlord, I have hired many. I didn’t not know Mike prior to this engagement, and due to the quality/value he provided, he will likely be a very busy guy. I didn’t want to write this review because I hope to engage them again, but the least they deserve is essentially a perfect review. I would now have a problem working with anyone else.
