Gancy came promptly and did a quick assessment of the property; he then explained to me where the mice were likely entering the house, and how I could minimize risk of their entry in future. He explained the traps he would set and how they would work, in detail; he then neatly and with minimal disruption put them in six spots around the house. He was polite, efficient, and informative. He also explained to me when I would expect to see improvement, and that I should call him if I did not. So far I'm very satisfied!
