A huge shout out to Rita! She exemplifies the term "customer service". We had purchased 6-7 windows through Clera back in April 2014. We recently experienced some hardware issues that required replacing. When I reached out to Clera I was blessed to be connected with Rita. She confirmed a few details and had the part sent via Canada post. Unfortunately the part was the incorrect size. I contacted Rita who apologized for the error and immediately sent the correct size part. Hooray! The reason I've posted this review was to highlight that there are still a few businesses that look after you even almost 10 years later.

After replacing my hot water tank and still not having any hot water, it was finally determined as being the mixing valve. To add to my disappointment, this required a plumber who wasn't available for a week. Thank goodness I found Valentin from Strong Plumbing. He was able to fit me in the following day. A true professional. He arrived on time as scheduled. The work area was cleaned up after completion. He was even helpful with answering and recommending a few general plumbing concerns. Strong Plumbing is my go to plumber for any future projects. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation. Thank you Valentin!
