We were given a time frame for service attendance. The technician came within that period. He gave us a call to confirm the exact time of arrival. He was punctual, polite and thoroughly explained what the problem was, what could be done now and what should be considered for the longer-term. He did not make a mess and left the space as clean as he found it. Very professional in his approach and process.
