I have occasion to use a junk removal service somewhat frequently, and have been using Got-Junk consistently for the past couple of years. After using a few of the smaller companies listed on this site, I tried Got-Junk, and my experience was night and day. I was looking for fair and consistent pricing as well as reliablility, as my time is valuable to me. I have found the service I've received from Got-Junk to be consistently outstanding - they show up on time as promised, they give me an upfront price before loading, they work efficiently, and they clean up thoroughly when they're done. I've read reviews saying that they're expensive, and that simply has not been my experience. I find their pricing very fair compared with other junk removal services I've tried, especially considering the level of service they have provided. I will continue to use Got-Junk. Their exceptional customer service and fair, consistent pricing provide me with the value I am looking for.
