Wes came and looked at the job and booked a time and explained what would happen in the process. Damian was here for about 4 hours today and fixed two cracks he found. The work is guaranteed and once we have a thaw again we will determine that all is good. We are confident though that the work is all good. Damian explained what he was doing as he moved along in the job and that is important. We will keep the name on file in case we have anymore problems. Those two cracks will definitely not be a problem , we just want to make sure there are no other cracks in another location of the wall. We will call the Crack Specialist if any other cracks erupt !!!! Happy with the work.
