These windows are very good quality. I was very pleased with the scheduling/managing end as they were very helpful and ensured things ran smoothly. The installers, Zoro and his crew were AMAZING- they arrived on time, were polite, clearly had experience, double checked things with me and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend you ask for Zoro when it comes to scheduling the installation. I was alittle disappointed when 1 of the 3 windows did not arrive and I wasn’t made aware ahead of time and so now we have to live without blinds for a few weeks until it arrives. Other than that, with the many things that can go wrong in ordering and installing windows, I am a happy customer:)

Aaron and his team tended to every detail of our complicated move with great care. His team was careful, helpful, kind and went out of their way to ensure our comfort/satisfaction in the process. It was a stressless move thanks to them! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!
