My dad's garage needed a new roof. I contacted Coast in the beginning of July 2018 for this small project and they got back to me promptly with a quote. Out of the 5 quotes I got, Coast was in the upper range for price but provided the best, most detailed and professional estimate. Tracy the office admin provided references without asking and provided all info regarding their insurance and WCB. I hired them because of their professionalism and open lines of communication. The contract was professionally drafted and clear. Coast started work on the roof mid August. Dominick, the site manager, brought in the materials early before a scheduled closure of the alley leading to the garage. The roofers themselves were very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They left the area free of debris, as per the contract. At the conclusion of the project, Brad (the owner) came by to inspect the work that his roofers did. It's been 6 months since Coast completed the roof. There has been several windstorms and rainstorms and the roof is still intact and tight as it should be. I would not hesitate to hire Coast again. They are a legitimate company. They have an actual office space with staff members and a fleet of business vehicles. The staff were very professional. They filed their business annual reports. I did not get a sense that any of the staff were shady.
