Booked on a Friday evening to come Sat morning so was a last minute booking- said they would come in the early AM, but called that morning to say it would be the evening (difficulty with machinery?). Guys that came were very nice and did a decent job. Made payment and sent email asking for confirmation, did not get confirmation, a few weeks later I received an automatic email saying I still had a balance outstanding. I emailed the company again asking to confirm they received my payment- and I have heard nothing since. Could have better customer service.
