I am very happy with the services I got from Brad of Blueprint Home inspection! He is very reliable, knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. He also is very accomodating and flexible with his time, and went well above the call of service to ensure that I am getting a good home. He is also very polite, professional, and his report is quite organized, easy to read (with pictures and summary of highlights) and timely (i got the report just a few minutes after the inspection is done!). And I like it that he doesn’t back down on his findings. I feel safe and secure knowing that the things that needs to be fixed are really highlighted for me. At the same time, to get the sense of relief knowing that the home I’ve taken is a very good one. I will never forget how Brad took good care of me, I’ll forever be thankful!
