Owen replaced my furnace for me (and will be replacing my A/C once the weather is nicer), and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Wamboldt Heating and A/C. I shopped around for quotes, and was very impressed with Owen’s attention to detail when determining the appropriate sized unit for my house. He is clearly very knowledgeable (he answered all of my questions and explained his recommendations very well - far more compelling than any of the other quotes I received, and at a better cost!). Scheduling was easy and installation all went as planned. He and his colleague were very pleasant, professional, and tidied up well. Owen also took care to remind me that I have a full parts and labour warranty, and to call if ever I have an issue — and not to feel badly about it, even if it’s the middle of the night. Everything works great. I did follow up with a question about my thermostat settings, and Owen was quick to respond (and even offered to come by to check it out in person). He even followed up with me to ensure his suggestion worked (it did). I have already recommended Wamboldt Heating and A/C to my friends and neighbors, and would call them in a heartbeat for any future HVAC needs.
