New build from ground up. Mann was very knowledgeable with residential construction and they are well connected in the construction community. Construction by its very nature is meant to be challenging and no project is without its own set of variables and challenges. This project had many complex variables in play and Mann handled them respectfully, professionally, and competently in their role as construction and project managers on the job. Would definitely recommend to others.
