It was an absolute pleasure working with Adam and team from Royal Innovation, they were always super responsive and very considerate of all our questions and concerns regarding (at least to me) such a big project. When we first started gathering quotes, Royal Innovation was the first to show up, do an in-depth in-person meeting, actually look at the job site and measure everything before providing a detailed and itemized quote. We wanted a two level deck for our middle unit town home, we were immediately set up with someone to design, create the technical drawings, and handle the entire permit process with the City of Toronto. the builders who showed up were professional and respectful of social distancing measures in the house and handled some unexpected issues beautifully, without me really having to get involved.
