the taper was very rude and nasty to my wifem he walked around the house with his shoes on> i had another reno company come in cause i had a bad feeling and as they inspected time line journey did not put vapor barrier or insulation on the concrete walls in the basement, they said it would be full of moould soon.. like what the heck iswrong with you guys, you took our family hard earned money and wont answer their phone at all.. I would not call this company at all...TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN

First of all, his name is ‘Chris’, not ‘Terry’. I know this because Chris is the name I put on the Statement of Claim when I sued him for not paying his bill.
I proved in court that there was indeed insulation and vapour barrier in the walls. When Chris was asked to produce the name of the contractor who he said looked into the walls, he wasn’t able to remember the name.I remember that Chris became very upset because of a personality clash between his wife and my drywall taper. There is no excuse for any tradesman to be rude with a client. That taper did good work but I stopped using him because of his attitude.
The Court determined there was nothing wrong with our work and awarded Judgement to us. Unfortunately, the client moved out of town and has been hiding from the court ever since.If anyone knows where he is, I would appreciate you telling me, or our collection agency, so we can finally get paid the Court Judgement of more than two thousand dollars that he never paid.
