I contacted Basco to look at two windows that had lost their seal and were foggy. Simon came out and had a look - windows were unable to be defogged so we had them replaced by Basco. Simon was very good at maintaining communication until the windows were installed, the price was as he said it would be, and the installation was well done. Simon and Caleb put down blankets in the house during the replacement so as not to damage the floors. They also replaced the weather stripping around our door into the garage. I will definitely call Basco for future window repairs and replacements, and highly recommend them to anyone needing window service.
